The client approached us with a clear idea, indeed with planning permission prepared by his brother.

We re-surveyed the property and prepared fully working drawings, altering large parts of the planning scheme and making the design our own.

The finished scheme combines frameless glazing, a bold copper roof and beautiful stonework ( Osprey Construction) which ties the extensions visually to the original house.

The job is in 3 parts, ie replacement of rear wing, addition of a glazed, copper roofed kitchen and an attic conversion. Frame less glazing etc. sets this job apart from our previous projects and we look forward to photographing the finished article.
