Our brief on this project was to extend to the rear of a house on an unpretentious street, to provide a new kitchen/diningroom with 2 bedrooms over.
A simple design, larch clad and with an aluminium standing seam roof was achieved for the very tight budget of £52,000. Modern and bright the extension is a great asset to the house and does not feel in any way compromised by having been designed to a budget.
